Storming Social Media Prizes
Despite not bringing you the planned event on Sunday, Storm Ciara failed to dampen the spirits of participants over the weekend. We were overwhelmed by all your pictures on social media. Some 4,000 of you have already submitted a 10k #inyourowntime to earn your well-deserved medal, with loads more sharing on social media using #WinterRun.
We have picked 5 of the most storming social posts from the last couple of days to share with you + in return, the following have won an exclusive Dave Draws doodle map:

Despite @WinterRunUK being cancelled because of #StormCíara a group of us battled the winds in #DulwichPark this morning to complete our planned 10k. And the support team included a penguin offering medals from previous years! ❄️🏅🐧 🏃🏽♀️#winterrun #InYourOwnTime @CR_UK pic.twitter.com/1eiqvgx6oU

Every cloud has a silver lining ☁️. . I was gutted yesterday when I found out that the @winterrunseries scheduled for this Sunday was cancelled due to the bad weather 😭sadly something none of us could predict. @krissymahrous @yasminosborne and I have been looking forward to the run for months but instead of sitting at home and complaining about it we all went on our own missions today to run 10km as The London Winter Run team sent us all an e-mail last night saying if we run a 10km run within next two weeks we must let them know and they will send us the medal 🏅❄☃️. . Well I decided to kick of my run with @thebodycoach hill sprints in Richmond🔥and carried on another on for another 7km around the park. Damn them hill sprints hurt but that feeling after I completed them…priceless! Thank you Joe for helping me get out of my comfort zone👊. . I was tired after the run but still had some fuel left in the tank so managed to do one lap around Richmond on my bike 🚴♀️ Perfect prep for @thelondontri this year 💪Surprisingly legs are feeling good, so I can gradually increase the distance and add the swimming 😬The part I am scared of the most. . Just remember when plan A fails there are 25 more letters in the alphabet 😁Positive mental attitude can take you a long way!
You can still win one of the doodle prints! Make sure you keep sharing your 10k on Instagram and Twitter using #WinterRun and #inyourowntime to be in with a chance of winning 1 of 50 doodle prints up for grabs.
